I go for OT every two weeks and get exercises to do at home like for example I do therapeutic listening , stretching exercises , breathing exercises and now vision light therapy to make my eyes work together. The vision therapy is supposed to produce special light that changes the way my eyes move.

That's great! Have you noticed any changes?
I have wondered about OT for teens and adults.

I will be sure to keep you updated
The changes I have noticed are , with therapeutic listening I can better do the interactive metronome and with stretching I can now do some of them that when I first started OT I couldn't do and with the vision therapy I just started that and I go back in 2 weeks to see if there is any progress .

I'd love to hear more as you go on. I'm especially curious about the theraputic listening and the interactive metronome - I've wondered if they would be things my daughter would find helpful since marching to a beat and singing seems to be calming for her.
