Hey all,
I’m pregnant and this is my 3rd trimester and I have some pregnancy related troubles as well. For the last 3 weeks, I’m experiencing severe pelvic pain. It is a burning bruising type of pain. My mother told me that it is SPD and she also gave me some instructions about how to move and walk. I’m not able to sit/stand for a long while. Is SPD during pregnancy period common? Do I need to get treatment for this? While browsing about it, I read that chiropractic care is good to get rid of SPD pain. Is it so? Does anyone here have a similar experience? I’m planning to get help from a well-known chiropractic doctor ( http://www.erinmillshealth.com/about/our...en-peever/ ) in Mississauga. Still, I’m confused. I read that chiropractic treatment contains a lot of stretching and postures. Do such treatment methods at this time is safe?
